It’s rare when you find a landlord that takes pride of ownership in their investment property. I really appreciate that when I call for maintenance Todd shows up quickly and gets the job done. BTW the previous review was not a renter they were a little piggy and we are all glad they are gone.
Friendly Manger TIFFANY, safe area, close to park & shopping, ok for price. LAZY LANDLORD TOD. Never fixes issue brought to him: black mold, broken washer cap, rusted toilet screws eventually toilet failing. When told about it he said we’d have to pay him extra or replace all these things our self. Also stated WE have to take care of the mold. NO Pets allowed. Small living space. Can hear everyone’s music & fights.
