Had a great experience. My inspector was Jeff Goulding. He let me follow along as he inspected the home and ask questions. He was inciteful into the homes condition and point out the things I need to watch. I felt confident in purchasing the home after Jeff walked through the home and told me what he had found. If you can request an inspector I would go with Jeff.

Jeff Goulding did an amazing job inspecting our home. We are first time home buyers and he broke everything down for us in a way that wasn’t overwhelming but still gave us all the information we needed to know. He was great to talk to and made us feel good about buying our home!

Jeff Goulding was our home inspector and we highly recommend him.
