Seasons at Murray Crossing Apartments

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful. The management let us borrow a dolly and even allowed us to use both of their dollies if needed. The carpet had not been cleaned and there was damage to the oven. We were impressed with the security from Vivint and residents have been friendly. We are still asking about the $1,400 bonus. Very nice, quiet place.

Not a great experience on their website and they are pretty strict when it comes to approving applicants like 700+ credit strict. They made it seem like it would be an issue based off my income and then got back to me saying I was denied so definitely didn’t like them leading me on and when I asked about if I would get my application fee back they ghosted me. This was after I put in my 30 day notice at my current place which I told them about and they still told me that my odds of getting accepted were really good. Once you’re inside the complex there is definitely a trash smell in the hallways. I also noticed the rooms are not equipped with Ethernet cord ports. They make you pay for parking that isn’t reserved which I’m never a huge fan of. Overall, not a great experience. The man I spoke

Gym Cons Mandatory overpriced media package Dirty pet owners, random dog 💩 and urine Paid parking but no winter maintenance, parking lot and walking areas are always iced over since the sun hardly hits it,when it snows they “clean” just one section of the lot Close to train tracks, always plan on waiting a bit longer Gets very dusty easily Bathrooms have no windows No guest parking ever available

I have a great experience moving to this complex. Grace helped me a lot with paperwork, quickly answered all my questions! The complex is new, the apartments are clean and fresh!

Management is great as well as the maintenance staff. The big issue is that there is pet hair everywhere and one multiple occasions dog urine in the elevators which had a terrible ammonia smell. The cleanliness needs to be stepped up.
