Lennar at Pine Meadows Reserve

Purchasing our first home in Pine Meadows, Eustis, FL was such a special experience thanks to Rob Daies at Lennar. He went above and beyond from start to finish, always available to answer our questions and guide us with patience and professionalism. On closing day, Rob made the moment unforgettable by welcoming us with a red carpet, a big welcome sign, balloons, and even framed photos inside our new home. That thoughtful touch showed how much he truly cares for his clients. We know Lennar homes can be seen as more on the basic side, but for us, it was the perfect fit as first-time buyers. It gave us the chance to purchase an affordable home and the freedom to upgrade and make it our own over time. Rob made the process smooth, joyful, and memorable, and we are so grateful. I looked into this community literally when they started selling. The sells agent for Lennar was not knowledgeable of her products. The core model with no appliances…no blinds but they claim “everything is included” Almost 370,000 dollars for a house and the layout is horrible. Not to mention how close the houses are. Oh and on top of an expensive HOA they tack on a CDD that is for the length of your loan. I purchased a DR HORTON home and went under contract 7 days after touring this property and purchased my home for much less…bigger house.. 54 dollar a month HOA and no CDD OH AND I GOT WHIRLPOOL APPLIANCES AND BLINDS

Buyers beware!! Stay away from this builder and save yourself a headache! My financing did not work and I am trying to retrieve my deposit minus the $250 admin fee. My money is being held and I still did not get the check yet.
