Lennar at Connerton

We have been looking at Connerton for about 6 months as our landing spot when moving south and finally have decided to make the move. What bothers me the most with Lennar Connerton is their pricing. They apparently have an AI algorithm that decides their home pricing and management gives zero about customers. They will sell a home style 4 consecutive times for $60k less than “MSRP”, but then just raise the value. If you wait, it just goes down again. It makes it so hard for anyone that is moving to the area and not already local to make a real plan to be able to move. What they also don’t do is work with their customers. Once again, you need to be able to move right here, right now. They don’t offer home sale contingencies unlike literally any other builder. It is awful. Now, let’s add in

Our house was promised in the months of November 2021 than after the closing was postponed for 2 times finally we close with several issues on last Friday. They don’t care customer satisfaction or atleast minor to major requests. They never respond for my questions, got a poor quality dishwasher and a cheap rectangle tub instead of expensive oval shape. They promised us a stem vacuum as they walk our house with dirty shoe, the water came out from tub which was broken while fixing, this was before closing our house. I don’t recommend lennar for any person. We bought a Preston model house and we got is broken pieces. All the cabinets, doors were broken Multiple drywall issues. I read lot of bad reviews regarding lennar in social media I regret my purchase.

Within a year at the home; pavers spacing apart 1/4 - 1/2 inch… informed not covered under warranty. Rusting in the shower with water all over the place, not covered under warranty. Was told to goto amazon and buy i dont know what to help keep water in shower instead of all over the bathroom. They only thing they covered were the towel bars that kept falling off the wall.. they had to come a few times to fix. I didn’t bother calling them for the crown molding; spacing in between walls and ceiling.. i did myself. The vendors they hire poorly constructed many areas of the house. All the employees representing Lennar have been great; they do the best that they can with the cards dealt to them. The higher ups in Lennar management don't care. Referred to a warranty which they emailed.

Lennar is super fast to do the mortgage process, get your money, deposits etc, do closing and then nobody cares anymore 😢 i still waiting ( after i closed since 11/25 ) to get my home, a lot of issues, home orientation and celebration delayed 3 weeks, i complained about the position of the water line since it’s by the entrance in front of the door ( suuuuper ugly) and it was supposed to be by the garage hidden… at this point i dont even know if they will change the position because none of the 3 construction managers are answering me or my emails, customer support doesn’t take care of construction issues, what a nightmare 😢😢😢 Photos attached: Model house, other houses and mine with the ugly water line by the front door

Went to purchase a house, put a deposit down, the house was starting to be built horribly (i.e. about 16 nails holding up a header, but was told it will be hidden by drywall). We backed out of that house/model, was told I'd have 2 months to use deposit. Asked for an extension b/c they weren't building more at the time. Talk about a sham to be forced to buy 'that' product, then be given no options for the same home because now they don't offer that model. Now, we've run out of time. Horrible customer service after multiple, prior purchases. Mark, local manager, could have cared less. Will not recommend anymore. Great job, Lennar. Thanks?
