Soltair Cypress Creek

Such a great experience at this apartment complex. Since move in last year, there have been next to no issues with my unit. I have had a few maintenance issues with my microwave bulb and my dryer, but maintenance was SUPER fast and got them fixed in no time. Everyone in the leasing office is super nice and helpful as well. My neighbors have been great, and the complex as a whole…well at least my building, is super quiet. The only issue I’ve had is from others around the complex not always picking up after their pets. All in all, I’ve loved my time here. (:

Do not move into this apartment! Living here was a negative experience. I had several issues with other residents which even led to having to contact local law enforcement. Neighbors routinely had parties until 3am. As of my move out date, there had been a homeless person sleeping in her car in the parking lot for over a month. I flagged this to the apartment management and they told me I could call the police myself. The “luxury” gym has a door that remains unlocked at all times… not the safe and secure gym they showed us during our tour. Same situation with the pool, where several times there were people who do not live there utilizing the area. Ive been a resident for almost six years . Its been an great place to live and call home . This review is for the maintenance crew . I am very please with the manner in which the service is handled communication and follow up is key . Raul , Josh and Luis are a great team . However, I need to highlight an important detail . I submitted a maintenance request for my bathroom the rubber strip needed to be replaced. Luis , came to do the job . He notice a tile imperfections. He fixed that problem before replacing the strip . He cleaned the area nicely and followed up the next day with caulking the area then, installed the rubber strip needed. It looks magnificent I’m very happy. Thank you luis I appreciate you going beyond to fix the problem instead of ignoring it and just adding caulk :) . K

I recently toured Cypress Creek as I’m planning to move from Miami, and I had an amazing experience. Ashley, the manager, was incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming. She answered all of our questions, made the whole process feel easy, and really took the time to make sure my family and I felt comfortable. The community itself looks great, and thanks to Ashley, we’re truly looking forward to making this our new home. Highly recommend!
