Altis Grand Suncoast Apartments

I absolutely loved living here. We ended up moving only because of the distance to work, but if I had the opportunity to stay, I definitely would have. I already regret leaving and it hasn’t even been a week yet the drive is worth the stay. Any maintenance issue was always handled quickly, the amenities are amazing, everyone is super nice and the breakfast in the mornings is truly a privilege. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Choosing an apartment can be stressful, but the staff made the entire process seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. I want to specifically recognize Emily and Bianca, who were absolutely outstanding throughout my experience. They were incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, especially when I needed to delay my move-in by 60 days. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience—quite the opposite. I cannot write a review great enough to describe how awesome my experience with this place has been, but I am still going to try! My husband and I have had our eye on these apartments for around 8 months because of the fantastic amenities and clubhouse. As our lease was ending at our current apartment, we were counting down the days until we could move in here! Emily and Bianca are such great leasing agents, they really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and provide help with the whole application process. But the manager, Ally, really puts the cherry on top of this place! She is the perfect balance of professional but friendly, and we had a few hiccups on our end and she went above and beyond to smooth everything out and really made a great impression on us! I recently toured this community with a friend and had a great experience. The leasing staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a calm, inviting atmosphere. The community amenities were impressive and well-kept. The location also seemed very convenient, close to shopping, dining, and major roadways. Overall, the visit was informative and pleasant, and this complex is definitely a strong option for anyone searching for a new place to live.
