Legacy Park Estates

If you are considering moving into Legacy Park Apartments, please read this carefully before signing anything. I wish someone had warned me. I have lived here since September 2024, and this has been the most stressful living situation I’ve ever experienced. The noise is constant and management refuses to address it properly. They try to convince me the noise I hear (and feel through vibrations) is coming from the 3rd floor, even though I live on the 1st floor — a claim that makes no sense and feels like a way to avoid responsibility. But the noise is only the beginning. Children repeatedly pull the fire alarms, ding-dong ditch, and have even tried to steal my pizza delivery. Charged us for $70 because the vents had dust on them. We cleaned everything. They didn’t go in to inspect the apartment until 2 weeks after we moved out. No crap there was probably dust.

Good apartment and never had any issues while living here. Management has also been helpful and responsive.

This place is horrible! 0/10 don’t recommend at all.

Management is very responsive on issues and maintenance is great! They usually respond to maintenance requests the day they are filled out and have them worked on the next day.
