River Bluff Apartments

I have lived here (my first apartment) for a year and a half and absolutely love it. I don't hardly ever need repairs but when I do, the maintenance guys are super quick and helpful. Management has been very communicative and helpful. The location of the building is really nice and the halls are usually pretty quiet. Overall a great place to live!

I have loved living at the River Bluff. Management is so attentive and always answers all of my silly “first apartment what do I do now” questions! Ready and Steve are always kind and quick when it comes to maintenance work. I had to file an appeal to originally live in this place and Becca and Christal went above and beyond to talk to upper management on our behalf. It changed my life! This has been a great place to live and my cat loves watching the birds here. The ladies here also run neighborhood community meetings and set up fun events for the families. I don’t have kids myself but you bet I will be at the next cookie decorating party! So much fun and definitely recommend if you have kids.

I lived at a different apartment complex and moving here has been 1000% better. The balcony and AC are two my fave things about my unit. Where I lived before I never slept through the night due to wood beam construction and a noisy restless upstairs neighbor. Here in my unit my apartment is so very quiet—I almost never hear storms outside and the concrete construction between floors deadens noise from neighboring units. The staff are phenomenal. Donny the caretaker keeps the public spaces so tidy and nice. The management staff, Becca and Christal are two of the kindest and compassionate people you could meet. i have lived at riverbluff for 6 months now and this is the best apartment building i've lived in yet! the maintenance crew is incredibly helpful and the girls in the office are there for you at the drop of a hat! highly highly highly recommend riverbluff apartments!

I've lived in a lot of different apartments in the last 40 years, and River Bluff is my favorite. The management and maintenance staff are kind and approachable. The building is from the 70s so there will be things that need to be updated, but the staff is working hard and doing their best to care of them. I've never had an issue here that wasn't taken care of in a timely manner. If you're looking for a place to call home, this one's great! 2025 Update: I've now lived at River Bluff for 26+ years, and I still love it here. It keeps getting better all the time. The staff is wonderful. I like the communication between the staff and me. Everything's friendly and up-front. River Bluff is the cleanest building I've ever lived in.
