The Quarters Mankato

I did not end up renting here, full disclosure. This is shared apartments with a lot of college kids. That being said the staff is incredibly friendly and helped network me with other locations. The facilities are gorgeous (and the hot tub is year round, guys)!!!

Absolutely AMAZING! I can’t say enough about the impressive communication, the follow up, the accommodations and mostly the happiness and comfort my daughter is experiencing with her move in. Sky, the property manager has been beyond a superstar. Her continued communication and help navigating the process of making sure My daughter and her roommate were set in a two bedroom apartment as soon as possible due to a very difficult situation. Our first meeting at the office was with one of the team members Emma not only was she extremely professional kind and had amazing customer service. She made sure we were taken care of and she followed through with a phone call with the information that we needed so the process could get Rolling as quickly as possible. Great place to live. They do ask you to renew your lease in November so be sure you know you want to live there or not for another year! You do have to find a sublease if you want to get out of your lease. But it nice and you get what you pay for!

I wasn’t able to get my keys for my move in date because it was Labor Day but legally they are supposed to do so, however, if I cared enough I think they would’ve compensated for that day. Leasing manager is very nice same with other staff and maintenance!

My daughters stayed at the Lofts@1633, The apartment was really nice and updated. Maintenance was quick to respond. They had an issue where lightening killed their air conditioner, causing a burning smell, a temporary unit was installed until theirs was fixed. Upon move out we had a musty smell. New carpet was installed. Daniel Lee was easy to work with and very responsive to our issues and questions. .
