James Pettiette has been our hero through this home buying process!! My home buying experience with Justin Miller with Landmark Realty was phenomenal. I requested for a realtor to reach out to me on Zillow about a property I was interested in 2.5 hours away from where I live for a second home near extended family. I was nervous about the experience to begin with. Justin eased my fears. He was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable and was able to easily negotiate a price that both I and the sellers were happy with. He took care of every detail of the process from document signatures to a scheduling surveyor to scheduling termite inspections to checking on the property after severe weather. Zillow couldn't have matched us up with a better realtor.
