DO NOT MOVE TO INWOOD APARTMENTS. There is a German roach infestation, which has been reported to the property manager, Joseph Fisher. He has not done one thing about the reported infestation in my unit. I have lived at Inwood for several years. This is by far the worst treatment I have encountered as a tenant. I asked for an early lease termination due to the unit being inhabitable; he has ignored my request and insisted that I pay $2000. No actions have been taken on the Broad Property Management part, to exterminate or place me in another apartment. Never experienced a roach problem before, I am completely grossed out and mentally exhausted from it all. DO NOT MOVE TO INWOOD APARTMENTS, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Blanca is the best!! I had to relocate at the last minute and she made the process so easy by assisting with all my needs and questions. She also made sure the unit I moved into is so clean. Her guest service is top tier! I’m so happy with my new apartment knowing I have the best person in the office if I need anything. Thank you! 😊
