absolute slum! I am meeting with the city, and code violations dept on Monday. this place is bad. holes in the ground without water cover plates. just the size of a foot! 6 of them! NO COVERS> an absolute ankle or leg breaking potential disaster. this place has several children and elderly people living here, and this is what they have to deal with!??? the manager has known about this for a LONG time. she doesn't care! I know this for a fact cuz I am one who let her know and was ignored. its been 2 weeks as of today. IGNORED! she ignores all tenants. many tenants do not have working air conditioners during the summer. it is seriously nasty.....and at night? well bring a flashlight if you go there, cuz they also don't keep the outside lighting in working order! pitch black in areas. sec

I would not recommend this apt to anyone due to the manager Lamona, she is very unprofessional at her job. What complex refuses late rent, I thought the whole point was to make money. Around the time of my grandfather's death I told couldn't pay rent on time but I could pay the late fees. She called my supervisor at work and told her i was late on my rent.i called her boss and told them that she was harassing me. Because of that she started to dig up dirt on me and found that my lights where still in the complex name. So she sent a bogus letter to the me saying my rent check would go to the outstanding electric bill and I still had to pay rent on top of that. I had being living there for over a year and a half before this was noticed. So we went to court and she lied to the judge saying t

I loved living at this property but I had to move to find a better job...It has almost been a year and I have not received my deposit. I have sent a email and called with still no resolution on how to get my deposit. I made sure to clean the property when I moved and was told I would be getting my deposit in the mail. But that never happened
