The apartment is cute from afar however it was terribly maintained as the staircase in building 6 was always dirty from trash, human throw up etc. Management was terrible as the always change every 2 market days. I dint care much about it since I had no need for management and for the dirty stairs . visitors never came over since it was embarrassing to me. Before I left there was miscommunication right from them charging for rental insurance for 3 months straight and I already had rental insurance . I dropped my 60 days notice and guess what it was never filed, I complained about extra rental insurance charge while i had liberty . The same lady talked about her filing it and was waiting on corporate to acknowledge it but never it. They tried to make me renew my lease and I bluntly refus

I lived at this apartment complex for about a year. Overall, the property itself is nice and the community is great. My move-in experience was smooth, and I appreciated how well the apartment was maintained at the beginning of my lease. There were a few management changes during my time there, which caused some communication challenges toward the end of my lease. However, the office staff were generally responsive when I reached out. Maintenance requests were usually handled in a timely manner. Overall, this is a decent place to live, and with consistent management, it has the potential to be a great community. I hope future residents continue to have a positive experience.

I've been here almost a year and regretted signing my lease literally two to three months in. Does this property constantly change their staff? Yes, but I haven't had much dealings with the office except regarding my noise complaints against my neighbor above me. Almost every single day I have been woken up or kept awake by the stomping, bangs, running, dragging of furniture loud music at late or early hours. The ONLY time my complaint or concerns regarding the constant noise was addressed was as a newer resident. I've submitted emails with proof, placed several phone calls and nothing.. no follow up or ramifications. Today I had the opportunity to meet the new assistant, Bianca when I stopped by the office. She greeted me immediately which made a great first impression. She was very helpful and shared details about the recent changes at the property. I am looking forward to seeing the positive impact from the changes. Thank you again Bianca.

Madison is fantastic! I booked a last-minute appointment with her because I am currently searching for a new apartment in Houston. She was very friendly when I arrived and was very informative and knowledgeable about the property.
