Do not move here. I’ve been trying to get my air unit fixed for two months. It’s been running nonstop causing my utility bill to be over $700 for the months of April. I’ve spoke to management, maintenance came for all of 2 seconds, left said he would return, he never came back. Addition to the air just running it’s not blowing cool air. It’s 81 degrees outside today, but it’s 83 in my apartment. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. These apartments are old, moldy, overpriced, you would think they’re low income apartments. If you move here, lawyer up because that’s the only way you’ll be able to get anything done.

I love Lakeshore Landing. Maintenance is awesome- my fridge broke and when they (promptly!) replaced it, they restocked my new fridge exactly as I’d had it. I’ve been here for almost a year and a half and have felt safe and comfortable the whole time!

Mold everywhere. Rotted dry wall. Never taken care of. The first time they came out to “fix” the mold the guy told us it was mildew. However it was green/black and fuzzy. The second time they came back (because the mold came back) they sprayed bleach and when I had asked if it was bleach the guy said no so I put a towel down to catch the drip and OFCOURSE, it bleached my towel. Then when our bathroom ceiling started falling they decided to have it fixed (it does look like there was never an issue). The third time they came out to treat the mold I initially thought they had just painted over it but apparently that is how you treat it so I’m not sure why it wasn’t done the first 2 times. However, that has not fixed the issue because it’s still growing back.

to start off, when i toured these apartments and spoke with a guy in the leasing office he told me , and wrote down on a piece of paper the apartment i was applying for wouldn’t have carpet anywhere but the bedroom(i was needing hard floor because i own a pet) then when i got the keys i walk in to see the apartment is all carpet. i ended up having to pay extra for another unit without carpet.i haven’t had a working washer for over a month- i had put in so many requests and calls and walked into the office and they have no answers on when i can get a washer, and the washers in the clubhouse apparently don’t work so i can’t use those either , the apartment has flooded 3 times, once from an above unit and twice from faulty washer, i had to buy things to clean it up myself . also was getting

As you can gather from the recent reviews, Lakeshore Landing is unfortunately a bit of a bait and switch. Alexis and her team are initially eager to welcome you into a unit and are incredibly helpful. However, once you start paying rent, don’t expect that same warmth to continue. Problems linger unresolved for months, even those that can actively damage their units (just take a look at the numerous reviews about leaking units). If you’re one of the lucky ones that gets a leaky unit, don’t expect them to wet vac anything :) Hopefully you have a lot of towels. Right now, I’m grappling with ants coming out of my outlets... Every maintenance request I’ve submitted for pest control has been canceled, and now they’ve invaded my pantry. It’s important to note that my toddler is highly allergic
