LakePointe by Trophy Signature Homes

We live in Lavon and you’re building a house next door to us and you’ve decided it would be a good idea to put the AC about 3 feet away from our front door. It’s one thing to put up with the noise and trash and beer cans while your entirely it but that’s temporary. This is a permanent eyesore that will devalue our property and we are shocked at the audacity you have in deciding to do this. You need to move it. If you don’t, It’s going to be a long time before this house is freed up and ready to sell. Photo taken from our front door.

We are enjoying our Trophy Signature home in Lavon and it is exciting to see the Lakpointe community develop. Everyday we are meeting nice people who are new homeowners. All of the Trophy employees that we have come in contact with have been very personable and helpful. Alexandra was our sales manager and she was very helpful to us. We were living out of town while our house was being built and she consistently kept us up to date and answered all of our questions during the process. We appreciated her excellent communication skills and was prompt to return calls. She helped make our closing a very smooth process. We had a really bad experience with trophy home.our house wasn’t complete on closing date things were was pending . They said they will make a list and will finish after closing. Than builder finished few than ha said fill a warranty ticket.we did.warranty department people are horrible.they don’t want to listen any thing.our master bathroom,s bathroom still is pending.but warranty people said they can’t do anything they just said sorry. Said it’s builder mistake he finished bathroom without steel framing.

Shelby was awesome to work with. A great asset to your team. She was always available for questions and help. Diego was great to make sure everything was taken care of throughout the build process. I would Highly recommend Trophy Homes due to their people and quality building process. Quality of the workmanship was excellent.

This company is a scam. Everyone should be held accountable and jailed for robbery. They do not operate in good faith. The management and all involved are out to rob and scam people who they feel will not be approved and give him a round around. These criminals stole earnest money with the intention of not approving certain people. They requested every single documents, blood type, underwear size and at the end did not go through a thorough approval process. They knew well between their thoughts that they wouldn’t approve so they prolonged and prolonged by requesting documents after documents that didn’t make sense and at the end, terminate the deal and keeping earnest money. I can understand if the process when to underwriting and what not. But to request thousands of dollar
