Communication is absolutely terrible. Put in for a maintenance request and they either never call back for a month or never call at all and someone shows up completely unexpected and can’t communicate with you. At 7pm. Prices are not great either compared to similar communities that have amenities

I 've removed my previous review so I can post an update. I wish I can give no star. Do NOT buy from this builder!!! After 18 months now our AC unit down.

I just moved into Crestridge Meadows and I must say I am ecstatic! I loved everything about the community from the self guided tours, applying, and moving in to my new home. Mason has been great with his communication from the time I applied to within 48 hrs of me moving in to check on how my move in has been. If you have not applied or inquired about a home yet, what are you waiting for?!

The home is nice but it's hard to get in touch with maintenance when something needs to get fixed. I don't like the fact that they wanted to do a home inspection without us being home.

RUN do not walk away. Absolutely the most unprofessional rental agency I have EVER dealt with. well over 30 days since the end of my lease and I've not received my security deposit back. I've had to email and message them multiple times to finally get them to send it (or so they claim) I received a letter FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR claiming I owe them money, but they've closed out my account BECAUSE I'VE PAID ALL OF MY DUES. Lennar is a trash home builder, expect constant maintenance and shoddy construction. The community (people who reside here) are friendly and helpful. THIS RENTAL AGENCY IS A JOKE!
