I was getting pretty discouraged when house hunting, and when we found Christie Homes it was exactly what we had in mind. Their homes are similar but not cookie cutter which is really nice. From start to finish. They were helpful. Even through our year warranty, I never had to wait or get the runaround. They still give us the answers we need after and are always so helpful and caring. We’ve lived in previous newly built homes that were very poor quality. This has been the best one thus far. We have been very please with our purchase.

My home is three years old, and my windows are falling out of the frames when I try to raise them. I have green tape on some of the things in my home that should’ve been repaired the first year, and I don’t know why they weren’t. I love my home, but I really didn’t receive much help from the sales office. I called the home warranty people (foundation only) and got nowhere with them either. Just make sure when you buy a new home that you get your own inspector, and then have him come back before your year warranty is up just to check everything out again. Update: I had a window company come and look at my windows It’s actually not the windows, but the framing around the windows that was not done correctly when the house was first built. Finding a house can be a very big challenge, especially when we have an interior remodeling business, every detail stands out. We arrived, the work staff was very friendly, very professional. When we entered the house at that moment we knew it was our home, the design and distribution of the house is excellent, they do a clean and very beautiful job, every detail makes the house stand out and makes it look beautiful, the garage is big, it fits our two long bed trucks, this was a plus for us. Within a year we had to call the warranty department because a screw came loose on the glass shower door, but they responded quickly and fixed the problem that same week, which was greatly appreciated.
