Lakefront Apartments

The complex needs a lot of work did to them that goes beyond maintenance. This would be a great place to stay if they would fix it up.dealing with the parking lot you’ll need a new set of tires. The place is starting to look abandoned. As far as management goes Ms Karen is so sweet and very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience with her nor the maintenance team. Between Ms Karen and the maintenance team they always come when I call them. GREAT MANAGEMENT POOR UP KEEPIY

I have lived here a little over two years and it is a decent place to stay very reasonable. Now the complex it’s does needs some much needed repairs but as far as management and maintenance I’ve had nothing but good experiences, Mrs Karen has been amazing and very nice and kind. When I have any concerns she addresses them within a timely manner and maintenance has been great as well.

I been here for almost 2 years and I can truly say there has been a significant change. I’ve seen improvement with the new management. Ms. Karen has done an awesome job when it comes to being in the office and answering the maintenance requests. She started in the most difficult time(right after the storms came and tore the apartments up). Hopefully in 2025, Lakefront will continue to grow.

Been here 3 years. Our complex is finally under great management. Maintenance is on-going daily. The weather has been unfriendly to the outer appearance of some of the buildings, but the inside is brand new and up to date. Very quiet complex.

These are the worse apartments to ever live in Shreveport Louisiana no a/c no heat it leaks water from everywhere they don’t have a maintenance crew no one is ever in the office the driveway is horrible I would not recommend anyone to move here it’s not even a 1 star it’s a -5 star apartment
