If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Very unprofessional! There is mold everywhere, holes in the ceiling from leaks that no one has fixed. And every time I call the manager Ana for maintance her reply is always "I'm not maintenance" when something is "fixed" it's really patched! I have tri2d contacting the owner but obviously get no reply either I get a text saying to call the manager! This place needs new management! And someone working in the office at least once a week! No one is ever there. I wouldn't recommend these apartments, they need new management! Someone that will actually care. My next call will be to the City of Rowlett, we can't keep living in this situation.

No management. No repairs done. Black mold, water leaks, rats, bugs in the apartment. Have called the City of Rowlett several times. Because one spot gets patched, it's considered "in progress to being repaired" nothing can be done. They raise the rent without notice. The send out misdated new lease agreements, 2 months early. Example, 8/1 on 8/4 when lease is due on 10/01. Manager just drives from her house to collect rent. Never answers phone or txt. Owner is hands off 99% of the time. Living here used to be nice, when the owner was involved. The building #4 needs to be condemned.

I live next door to this apartment complex, and my problems started when their work crews started dumping trash in my yard because their dumpster was overflowing and I guess over the fence is the next best place to put it. I called the number on the sign in front of the building to tell the management what their workers were doing and ask them to come clean it up. I spoke to ANA, and wow. She was incredibly rude and informed me that since I was not a resident of her complex, she could not put in a work order, but I could go the address 3131 Chiesa Rd. to file a COMPlAINT. The conversation went on for a few minutes before she finally said, "its not my F****** problem" and hung up. The parking lot floods in heavy rains, and the paint marking reserved spots isn't maintained. However, they are decent apartments in a quiet area. The maintenance guys respond quickly to things like air conditioning and leaks.
