Lake Breeze Apartments

These apartments owners do not care. They just want a check. The rental insurance you have to pay is ONLY for the property. They must live check to check. They do not care!! Run!!!! No after hours set up to call for noise complaints. It is a mess!! Apartments tenants burning unit down and they move them to another unit and they start a fire there. Children tearing the new unit up. Noisy, all under the age of 5 and noisy thry make the other units shake. I can not sleep. They can never figure out the bills and rent. You better get your own insurance. Thay charge insurance but it is only for the property. Insure whats in your apartment. The people you love , the pets, and your belongings. You will thank me later.

The new manager Selina is AMAZING. I’ve lived here 3 yrs and we’ve had about 8 managers. She is by far the most attentive and knowledgeable! I would recommend our community to anyone! It’s quite & in a great area.

Office lady (Lisa) was so helpful got us in last minute and got us in an apartment same day. The apartments are very clean and organized She was an absolute pleasure to work with and will 100/10 recommend this place just because of the help we’ve had from her.

Walked in and was greeted by the sweetest woman. Helped us figure everything out all morning. Took her time to understand and explain everything. Room was good for its price, spacious, clean, easy to move everything. 10/10 I recommend.

Selina was very kind and attentive she's humble and down to earth handles business like a pro very professional and I would definitely recommend my family and friends
