Rude people….I applied thinking nothing of the sort and was very transparent about my background. There was lack of communication on their end and it took more than 6 calls for me to figure out my identity was stolen and a lease was fraudulently created which left a balance on my Experian. I was declined because of the eviction even after I was willing to supply the property with my case number and additional documents to show proof that I was not in Georgia when the eviction happened; The applications department was rude and dismissive. Even stated that there’s nothing that they could do and they refuse to pull my rental history and updated with the correct information.
