Kingsville Pointe

This is a nightmare complex. At the initial move in day the apartment’s AC unit was not functional in a south texas 100 degree Fahrenheit summer, there were bugs and roaches in the “move in ready” unit, and the washer and dryer connections flooded the apartment. Additionally, the bathroom ceiling had a massive slope from water damage and none of the electrical sockets were functional. The office management was changed almost every other month, making all complaints impossible to address. It took multiple months to get the central AC fixed for it to go out 3 additional times over the course of a year. Their solution was a window unit that made my apartment accessible from the outside. I had a great experience visiting this apartment complex! The manager, Katrina, was extremely helpful and friendly—she made me feel welcomed right away. The model unit and the office were spotless and beautifully maintained, and I absolutely loved the fresh, clean scent throughout the space. On my way to the office, I ran into the cleaning staff and asked for some directions—they were just as kind and helpful. It’s clear that this property is well-managed and takes pride in creating a warm and inviting environment. Definitely a great first impression!

I have been a resident here for some time now and I am pleased to observe the positive changes being implemented. The new manager, Katrina, has been exceptional, addressing concerns in a timely manner. The cleaning service has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, ensuring these apartments look and smell great, I see it everyday. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone clean places this well and as a result, I plan to continue residing here for the foreseeable future.

I had a great experience touring Kingsville Pointe! Sara was amazing she was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in detail. She made the whole process easy and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful and well-kept, and you can really tell the staff cares about the community. I definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a new place to live!
