Colonial Arms Apartments

The apartments are nice, but what has made my stay here great so far is the maintenance man Juan, he is always helpful, going back and forth working hard all day long. He helped us move furniture around and tackled our apartment problems as fast as he could and always let us know ahead of time that he was doing his best to help fix our issues. We are very grateful to him.

Everything seemed alright at first, then the water kept being shut off/ had a nasty brown coloring to it (once a week it seemed like), the harassment from the manager started, and the heating/air conditioning was an all or nothing type thing, you don't get to set the temp you can only choose to have it on or off, and sometimes it wouldn't even turn off, nothing like having the heater run non stop on a hot summer day. Our neighbor was rude. Pool closes at 8pm, and you are not allowed to have friends come to it. Maintenance was pretty good and it was quite.

I wish I would have took into consideration the 1 Star review on here, it would have saved us money and misery. We are currently still renting due to being on a contract. Christmas was ruined, MISERABLE this year because of the inconsiderate management. Today 12/25/20 it was 75 - 80 degrees outside and the heater was on full blast in our apartment. You have totally no control on how cold or hot you want YOUR apartment to be. I sent numerous emails and text messages and was told "too bad" we will not shut off the heater today. The thermostat is extremely old and does not have the switch to turn it off, on, cold, or hot. This was just our christmas experience, all while having family over from Arkansas and a son with a disability. Management could care less!!! Our experience here from the da

We have lived here for over 5 years. The managers are the best and the maintenance is qualified. We love it here and love Erica.

Management was very helpful in getting an apartment. Santa and Erica were very nice.
