Andy the new maintenance man is the first one in a long while who knows what he is doing and is willing to help. He was able to fix my A/C issue when all past workmen said they couldn't do anything about it. I can tell he cares about residents having a nice place to live, even if management doesn't. Rockstar capital should be thankful they finally found a good one. Hopefully he will turn Apple creek around for the better. 5 stars for Andy.

Andy did a great job fixing my dryer, looking into my heater when the weather got cold, and helping settle other complaints I’ve had while in my unit. Glad to have a reliable maintenance worker on the property!

DO NOT MOVE TO APPLECREEK!!!!!! The buildings are literally rotting and bats live in the roofs, the staircases are rusting and falling apart, there is trash everywhere, the turnover for maintenance workers is a month or less, you can’t get through to them over the phone, they charge for valet trash service that doesn’t even come as scheduled, the pool was disgusting and green for almost two weeks till they could find another workman, the dog park reeks, I’ve had to deal with roaches, they changed the resident portal to an even more difficult and confusing one, and with all of this THEY WAY OVERCHARGE FOR THE QUALITY OF THE APARTMENTS. BEWARE! The model unit looks nothing like the actual unit you’ll be getting—I feel completely apartment catfished. During my first week in what was advertised as a “move-in ready” apartment, the AC broke twice. Both times, my dog and I had to sit in over 90-degree temperatures. It took an entire day just to get a temporary window unit installed. On top of that: The stove light was out when I moved in The kitchen light constantly flickers There's a foul odor coming from the living room vent The bedroom and closet doors don’t close properly The towel rack broke after one use As if that wasn’t enough, the washer and dryer situation has been a nightmare. I have been a resident of AppleCreek Creek for 1 year or so & since new manager Amber came to property i can tell she actually cares & wants to hear my concerns and to make things better when work orders are getting done the right way. It does take time but she does follow up to make sure we are satisfied
