Kings Crossing by Shaddock Homes

My wife and I spent weeks working with Richard at Shaddock Homes on a specific lot and home layout. We invested a significant amount of time discussing customizations and pricing with him, under the impression that he was working toward finalizing our purchase. After several weeks of delays, he informed us that the lot was sold to another buyer. This experience left us very disappointed. We felt misled and that our time was not respected. Buying a home is a major decision, and we expected professionalism throughout the process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
