Grand Homes - Whitestone Estates

Me and my wife are thinking about relocating to this area from Houston and i have to tell you that Jennifer was the most knowledgeable and kind salesperson we had ever met. If we work out the financing we will be so excited to buy from her and grand homes. The attention to detail and the "grand" views inside these homes is spectacular!

Sales reps and Brad Johnson outstanding. We have been in our house over a year and can't use our master bath . Contact builder several times, but they think our opinion isn't worth responding. We have been polite and courteous but I would never buy a grand home again. False promises and delivery dates never upheld.

Please be aware of Brian from Grand Homes. My family and I made the mistake of trusting him. We should’ve checked Brian’s 10 year public criminal records. If he can do things like that to people close to him, you can only imagine how he treats his clients. Can’t believe Grand Homes hires people like Brian without proper background checks. Do not trust Brian or Grand Homes. We are still waiting to get our six-figure deposit back, as agreed upon.

Philip Peter is very thorough with his service from introductions to closing and beyond. If you want nothing but excellence, go with Philip and Grand Homes. Grand Homes is one of my favorite builders because their attention to detail and integrity.

I visited this development and encountered a true sales professional at the Model. He name is Jennifer Traver and she was courteous, knowledgeable, jovial and extremely polite. I don’t know for sure if my clients will choose this Builder but Jennifer certainly are swaying their decision that direction. If this is the type of home and price point you’re interested in, then you should definitely stop by and visit her, you won’t be disappointed!
