Grand Homes - Kings Crossing

This is a great company to build with! Both Steven (our sales guy) and Darrin (the builder) have been awesome to work with. Our realtor recommended and we are so glad she did!

Beautiful home!!! If we didn't have dogs (long story) and if I didn't have a tinkering, car-loving husband, it would have been a perfect home. We wanted a privacy fence, especially along main road and a workshop for my husband. Nope. But an amazing house(s) for the right family.

I had a great experience with Grand Homes in Kings Crossing. Beautiful homesites and unique architecture with a great attention do detail. The salesperson, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and she made the whole process fun! She knows more about home building than anyone I’ve ever come across, and offered great suggestions.

Working with Grand Homes has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. I don't recommend them to anyone. The issue is that they prioritize cheap labor and materials over customer success and satisfaction. Once your home is complete, it will be riddled with quality issues, most of which aren't covered by the one year warranty. You'll need to come out of pocket for things that you would think should be covered, like stains on counter-tops, chipped porcelain, poor cabinet craftsmanship, cracks on baseboards, poor HVAC design - the list goes on and on. It's hard to believe that a million+ dollar home comes with cheap, bottom of the barrel furnishings and poor craftsmanship all the way around.
