Keys Lake Villas Apartments

Keys Lake Villas was a great way to begin my experience to life in the Keys. The office staff were very friendly. They worked with me on my move in because my move in date kept changing. The maintenance staff promptly attended any requests when there were repairs. Also, the apartment was a nice space with marble countertops and 2 1/2 baths. Thanks!

I been living here for about almost a year now. I can’t express my gratitude enough to Alex and Alejandro which are the maintenance team. My AC wasn’t working properly and the office staff along with maintenance were able to get me a new ac unit quickly as possible. Manners were handled appropriately and quick. Thank you very much for your attention to this manner. I appreciate you guys!

I would not recommend this place at all. I lived here way too long, I informed the office many times about toxic mold issues which they called it (condensation), they come an paint over it, and it comes back and they come back and paint over again , my kids were permanently sick and I was too, I took the kids to the doctor many times they were put on medicine and the cough and mucus was never going away ,no sleep, restless . I decided to leave recently after many attempts to address the issue but we were still sick. We moved out and immediately no more medicine no more coughs no more mucus. Every one that have moved out had experience a mold issue in this place stay away

Property management staff and maintenance staff were literally some of the nicest people I had met while living in the keys. Only stayed for a year but my experience was a 10 out of 10. Great clean pool and gym. Also from time to time just have a random pizza party just to say hi to.the residence . Had a Christmas party raffle giving out some nice gift cards. 👍😎👍

What places falling apart? All of my countercups are peeling off the floor in my bathroom. The tile is cracking and it seems like something is coming through the bottom of my floor all of my fans refused to turn off no matter what.. i love the staff. They support and help as much as they can. But for the price and the struggle that we are going through, there is no way that our place should look right like it.Does
