Kentbrook Apartments

I've had a great experience living at Kentbrook Apartments. The staff is truly wonderful especially Ramon, who is always friendly, personable, and welcoming. He consistently goes out of his way to make the residents feel supported and comfortable. I was especially impressed with the maintenance team for responding and helping me on New Years Eve Day. That level of care really stood out and meant a lot to me. Overall, I really appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness of the entire Kenbrook team. I'm happy to call this place home.

My cousin and I walked in today to view the apartments and were met by a woman with blonde hair who walks with a cane. From the moment we arrived, her demeanor toward us was cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. She looked at us as if we didn’t belong and spoke to us in a very unfriendly tone. I’m not sure if she is the manager, but her attitude felt discriminatory and completely unprofessional. Because of this experience, I almost decided not to continue viewing the apartments. However, Ramon later stepped in and completely changed the experience. He was friendly, respectful, and very helpful. Thank you, Ramon, for your professionalism and assistance—it was truly appreciated.

I toured this apartment complex and I am not moving until July but Ramon truly convinced me to move here I was looking for a studio and they did not have any to show as all have been rented but he was a good sales man and convinced me the price for their 1 bed 1 bath is a great price for what the square footage is. I look at all the reviews and can say Ramon meets up to his customer service.

I can honestly say I 100% liked it here. I will say if ants bother you, make sure to not leave food items on the counter that will attract them. This goes for anywhere. It was one of the most peaceful, quiet places I’ve ever lived. I was lucky to have a good upstairs neighbor tho. All of my neighbors were great and easy to get along with. I had to move because of my job unfortunately. If not for that I’d still be there. I will miss this place.

I moved in today and even with Ramon training another employee he was able to get me moved in fast and was able to understand everything. He explained everything to me until i understood and was comfortable moving on. Thank you to all of kentbrook staff i was able to get help from each employee.
