We worked with Paula Hinegardner in the sale of our home and she was an absolute nightmare. She was horrible at communication, whenever she would actually communicate, she was condescending, dismissive and cold. Every email would start with “As I’ve repeatedly said before…” or some other lecture type of tone. Zero respect towards us or anyone else working with her. The actual week of our closing, she traveled out of the country and was almost entirely unreachable, yet left no one else for us to reach in her absence. As a result, our closing fell through, causing us to lose thousands of dollars in our interest rate lock expiring, and she couldn’t care less.
