I have lived here for 3 months. I have had several repairs on appliances I could not use, which I waited 25 days with no effort until I called corporate. I have been told they don’t have it “in their budget”, “they’re busy”, “they are short staffed”. Multiple employees I’ve had to call but never receive a call back. Steven the manager was so unprofessional and rude when I went to his office after waiting a week for the promised phone call or comp that he promised by next day after talking to his regional, he gaslight me claiming he never made those promises, was so unprofessional and rude, he said he’s going to have his boss call because he’s done with me. Still waiting for that call back from corporate, Steven. Multiple rude staff member & lied to several times. Nicest employee has been

Since the new management took over, this property has suffered severely. I have lived here 7 yrs and can't wait for my lease to end. Rarely do they answer phones, my key pad would not lock for a month and the office said couldn't help unless they charged me $100 to change it. I called Smart Rent and they have no clue what they are doing. I was able to trouble shoot it myself to get my entry door to lock. That is a safety issue for residents!! The new mgmt doesn't care, they never address concerns about residents smoking on patios above me and it gets into my apartment, there are rats in the breezeways , grass is dying, trash all over, breezeways are filthy, homeless sleeping at night, a huge tree beanch located on the north east side of the property has been on the ground for over a

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Whatever you do please don’t move here. Management is horrible and does not have a designated manager onsite. They enter your apartment without notice or permission. I TOLD THEM TO NOT ENTER AND THAT I DID NOT PUT A WORK ORDER IN BUT THEY ENTERED ANYWAYS. Thank you Andrea. These apartments are pest flooded. There is no sense of security or care from staff or management. Please save the hassle and do not rent here.

Dealing with this company has been frustrating from start to finish. Communication is slow, issues take forever to get addressed, and it always feels like profit comes before people. Rent keeps going up, but the quality of housing and responsiveness doesn’t match the price. When you try to get help, you’re routed through layers of corporate systems instead of talking to someone who actually has the power to fix things. This apartment complex is owned by a random finance company in NYC, whom already make billions, make an additional billion+ from owning many housing across the US. Would not recommend, I would suggest renting from more local landlords that own less housing because they typically are cheaper than the mass built housing in SLC area.

UPDATE: They sent us a ledger of all their past charges and our payments to them, which somehow now totals out to a bill of $1700 they think we need to pay them. Even though the ledger shows that they charged rent + fees for a month and a half after we moved out (half of June and all of July) totalling around $2800, plus a random middle-of-the-month rent fee of over $1000 (charged in the middle of July more than a month after we already moved out). None of it makes sense except for increasing their pocketbook. All of these are $4000+ of errors, so instead of us owning them $1700+, they should be paying us $2000+. This has been a nightmare to deal with. Original review: This place is basically a scam. They will do everything they can to trick money out of you and to avoid paying you what t
