SLUM LOARDS: BUYER BEWEAR!! Before moving here, I thought we found a great place to stay. Unfortunately we found out the hard way that nothing really gets fixed. Your packages will be stolen, your mail will be stolen, someone might go in your car and steal your Apple Watch that was left in the Center console. The walls are thin, it’s a draft at the front door and every window so be ready for the winter light bill. Make sure you have a bunch of towels you keep on standby just for the leaks that you’ll have. We’ve had our dishwasher randomly overflow even if we don’t use it for over a year now. The 2 photos were taken today 1/27/2024 and it’s smells like raw sewage, I almost threw up….. it’s a save investment though (that’s why I gave 1 star) don’t waste your money here, just pay me instead

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. I requested a clean-out for my apartment and was told I had been added to the list. However, when I followed up, another manager claimed I was never added. This kind of miscommunication seems to be common here. Even when work orders are finally acknowledged, they’re rarely completed on time. I often have to submit multiple requests for the same issue just to get a response. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re paying rent expecting basic maintenance and communication. To make matters worse, the management team rarely answers the phone. I have lived here 4 1/2 years and have always been very happy. I love my apartment- one-bedroom, ground level. Management is very pleasant and always ready to help in any way. The grounds are always kept immaculate, and I always feel safe here. The maintenance crew is A+, and I think that's greatly due to their outstanding supervisor Mr. Anthony. He definitely gets 5 stars from me and more if I could. I'm thankful for the entire staff and crew. I don't foresee any reason for moving from this complex. For me, it's perfect!

Don't live here. Only 6 months in and my apartment has mold growing up the wall. the humidity makes the apartment so hot that it creeps up to 80 degrees even WITH the a/c on. On top of that, I've seen my far share of roaches too. From bugs, to humidity, and now mold, I wouldn't recommend this place. Staff are nice people though.

I guess I start with something positive. The office staff is awesome. Maintenance shows up when I have issues Now the apartment complex is infested with roaches. Not just my building #3 but all of them. We spoken to someone from most of the sections I have had the exterminating in my apt several times. I clean almost everyday. The property manager seems concerned but I need more than concern. I moved from another state and i never had to deal with roaches living in an apt and this experience is starting to cause me to have anxiety. I have been eating out because the roaches run across my kitchen counter, in my dish rack, in my silverware drawer and in my pots. I can't even use the bathroom without killing a roach. I can be taking a shower and have to kill three before I get out of the s
