Inkwell Decatur

I am thrilled to share my experience with Inkwell Decatur. I have lived here since the units first became available for rent almost four years ago. Dwight is a remarkable member of the management team in our apartment building. From the moment his organization took over the management of this building, Dwight has gone above and beyond to ensure that residents feel welcome and valued. His warm and friendly demeanor makes it easy to approach him with any questions or concerns. What truly sets Dwight apart is his genuine care for the community. He takes the time to listen and understand our needs, always ready to lend a helping hand. EDIT: -> They are responding to google reviews instantly, but even now when I tried to reach them once more through email/phone multiple times still I don’t receive responses from them. Had the worst experience with their leasing office. Tried to reach out to them multiple times and nobody answers calls or responds to emails even after several days. Seems like this apartment can be a good example to companies trying to set up AI agents because at-least they will be able to help them fill the apartment units quickly, because the employees there seem to be least interested in filling the vacant units. Don't have the option to rate them 0, but they should be given 0 rating for customer experience

I've lived here for 9 months now and it's still an awesome place to live. The units are clean and modern with simple but luxury feeling finishes. There are lots of amenities for the price point: resort style pool, two fitness centers, package locker, lounge, cinema, conference room and others. The property feels safe with resident only access to the parking garage and building entrances and cameras in the public areas that residents can view in the app. The apps that assist with living here all work. The location is amazing, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, hospital and pharmacies. The only drawbacks are more related to tenants than staff. Things like breaking the secondary arm of the parking gate, leaving messes that they don't clean up, usual unpleasant stuff where people live

Inkwell is awesome. Been here for 2 years. Yesterday at 3am Saturday morning my friend broke the whole toilet, causing water flow everywhere. Tony helped me stop the water and fix the whole toilet within 12 hours on the same day at 2pm on a weekend!

I have lived at Inkwell Decatur going on 3 years and the experience has been amazing. Dwight, Jessica, and Toni have been amazing! They are always so supportive and helpful and the move in process was seamless. I recently moved into a bigger space within the complex and the move was flawless. Each of them made sure that I understood the process and they were always available to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend this facility!!
