Apartments are cheap. Maintenance does nothing preventative and barely knows how to fix things when there is an issue. On move out, the office charged us $450 stating it was to fix the damaged tub. Well, the chips in the tub were there WHEN WE MOVED IN. All they do is paint over the tub chips. Maintenance was supposed to replace our tub long before we moved out and they never did. Then the office charged US! ALSO- good luck during the spring, summer and fall months. Our 3rd floor apartment was infested with crickets numerous times over the years. People leave trash in their hallways. Place has continued to go downhill over the years and is at the bottom of the hill now!

DO NOT MOVE INTO M10! for years living there, the heat does not work properly due the boiler being in the adjacent building and this apartment being the furthest from the boiler. the entire apartment especially the bedroom is iced cold. the thermostat DOES NOT control the heat in the actual apartment. MULTIPLE WORK ORDERS had to be entered over the years just for a bandaid to be applied for a few weeks or so with the heat still not working. we had multiple weekends without heat due to maintenance stating only one maintenance man has the tubing to bleed the baseboard heaters and that man was not on call that weekend. additionally the neighbor below in M6 has been a nuisance since they moved in 10/2025. multiple complaints have been submitted to the office by multiple tenants in the buildi

Millie is so wonderful! She has been a helping hand in both of our terms at Hyde Park Apartments. She is very knowledgeable. Also extremely warm, welcoming, and polite! She has made our interactions and stays at Hyde memorable. We will miss her smile and demeanor.

Don’t waste your time or money here.. your rent changes monthly, these people are money hungry and portray the complex as such a luxury when you’re paying for a unit that’s destined to fall apart. Heat doesn’t work throughout the unit, everything is made with a cheap patchy material. Maintenance does what they can but shame on the owners themselves. Do not more here !!!!

Leasing agents Millie and Christina made moving in a breeze, and whenever I have an issue with anything at all I can come to either of them and they are always happy to help. The maintenance crew is also amazing, especially Brian. Everyone on the maintenance team has been beyond helpful but Brian has gone out of his way even when he is not on the clock to help me out. I have had nothing but a positive experience living at the Hyde Park Apartments and would highly recommend living here to anyone.
