They do not care about their tenants l, they do quick fixes, the maintenance people are not qualified to fix anything and rig everything. They let you sit in freezing conditions and offer space heaters that are against the lease agreement so your electric bill will go up and their heat bill stays low and don’t provide state min heat and hot water that they are supposed to. Infested with mice. They get annoyed with the complaints because they don’t fix them until you call the health department on them Laura is rude and cocky complex manager, also threatened to terminate our lease because she was tired of us as we just wanted things properly fixed with out a fight. Cheap rent but it seems like every other month it’s something new that you have to call them to repair. Then they only fix the little things and wait for the big problems to come to surface before they fix them. Seem to always have a problem with hot water in my unit, right next to the office. Water damage all over and they will only paint over it to “fix it”. Squirrels, birds, etc, are definitely living in the building vents.

bugs every year all year, especially in the warmer months, to specify these pests are mice, termites, ants coming from every crevice ( there are ALLOT of crevices in these apartments that are poorly maintained even upon request) you cannot leave a crumb around or there will be a pile of ants on it. The lady in the office is inconsiderate. In the laundry facility more then half the machines are broken and the ones that aren't are mouldy. They recently sent notices stating they would be throwing away children's toys and bikes left on the porches of residents without considering the lack of space and storage in these apartments. Overall this place is over priced for the conditions and lack of maintenance, could not be happier I'm moving out finally.

Was 1 day away from moving day, so we go to see apartment. Nothing was fixed like they said. We did what the maintenance man told us to do which was to call the front office, so we did and we said we still had a few concerns and she asked us if we wanted our money back. Weird..guess they didnt want to fix beyond what they "did" do. Black mold on window sills. Painted over rust. Window sills extremely dirty. Doors still from the 60's. Very sad place.

Apartment is very outdated, floors are super creaky, kitchen is TINY (and no microwave/dishwasher), but rent is cheap and at least my neighbors are nice. I haven't had any problems with pests like a lot of people are posting, but since they're working on route 295 right behind the back buildings the pest reports don't surprise me. I have several maintenance issues that have not been addressed, the laundry facilities are often broken. But I could do a lot worse considering what I can afford.
