I use to live here and the water never stay hot we moved because of the roaches the old owners were terrible very unprofessional they walk in your apartment without calling never fix anything but want to charge you for everything very rude and nasty when you call my guess is just knock down the apartment complex and start all over seriously
The place was a Dump but my Friend need A roof over his head Black Mold in Bathroom looked like 1950 Era Bathroom
It's quiet clean Simi secluded & a relatively nice area to live.
Old refurbished. Water doesn't stay hot. Walls not sound proof. Mailbox has no locks
Believe me you wouldn't want to live there!
