I want to take a moment to share how wonderful my experience has been working with Ms. Hailey during the process of moving into my new apartment. From the very beginning, she has been extremely helpful, positive, and communicative. She made sure to answer all of my questions and always took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Ms. Hailey’s professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference. Moving can sometimes be stressful, but she helped make the entire experience smooth and easy. Hillside for me has been nothing but a wonderful and living community to live in. I absolutely adore and love these apartments along with the amazing staff that work. Both Parker and Hailey have been phenomenal since day one with the application process, moving in, and accommodating our every need. The maintenance staff are awesome, if theirs ever for any reason a problem with anything in your unit they are quick to come out and fix it. I love going to sleep at night & waking up to such a safe and quiet environment. The pool is pretty much always empty whenever you decide to go for a swim, the pets are super friendly that visit the dog park, they’re always eager for people to pet them, and our neighbors rarely come outside so we don’t see much of anyone. I do not recommend anyone moving in here. Hillside should be your very last option. Management is pretty decent but the residence are the worst and it seems as if they let anyone move in. complaints are not taken seriously. I have been dealing with a pest problem and marijuana use, causing my apartment to smell like weed Due to my nasty weed head neighbors . I have made several complaints with no actions. They did replace a notice on the door once but other than that nothing has been done.

From my experience: Pros: 1. Office management is wonderful. Haley is awesome at listening and communicating positive feedback. Any complaints have been handled professionally. It feels good to have an office manager that ensures residents are comfortable in the their living space. I feel at ease going to talk to her with any issues I may have. The other two are great too. 2. Maintenance is phenomenal. Work orders completed within 24-48 hrs. They usually come the same day the order is placed. I never had to submit a work order for the same thing twice. They do a good job at keeping the grounds clean. Each maintenance man has presented with a clean and appropriate appearance. Each one has maintained professionalism. 3. Pest control comes out monthly. I haven't seen one bug since r

Just moved in and my apartment and it was love at first sight. It really exceeded my expectations. I love it so much. The process was smooth from beginning up until my move in. Hailey and Parker are so sweet! Highly recommend Hillside Apartments. 🏡
