My husband and I have been with Hickory Hill Realty for the past 3 years. The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving out of state, and can’t take Ryan with us. I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give a zero.. My wife sold her house to Ryan and his team, he gave a sob story and said someone else was buying the house, he also didn’t fix a problem that he said needed it but paid less because of it.. make sure you always check the electric and the air conditioning. Truly he was rude to my wife who I was about to marry, and said they would rent the house to single moms to help them.. All lies.. my wife and I have bought a house since then and Hickory Hill rented to families near me and he lied and even booted families so he could make a quick buck.. now to find out less than four years later he of course sold the house my wife owned for almost double.. this may not be everyone’s experience but it was ours and I will not and have not lied about any of th

We have used Hickory Hill to manage our rentals for quite awhile now and must say they have been great. Ryan is fantastic at keeping us updated as well as handling the many issues that have happened over time. Professional, timely and we simply will not be using anyone else.
