Heartwood at Lockwood Glen Apartments

Candace was absolutely wonderful during my apt search. She was incredibly patient, took the time to show me and my mom around, and answered every question we had. We truly enjoyed the experience with her, and the apt complex looks amazing. Even though we ultimately chose a different place due to timing, we love the complex and we deeply appreciate Candace’s effort!

Heartwood at Lockwood Glen has been my home for a few years. It is a well managed and well maintained community making it a great place to live. The apartment is very nice. The location is great. Office and maintenance teams take great care of us and are really nice and efficient. I truly enjoy knowing that if something needs repair, all I have to do is call or send through a maintenance request and it is resolved. So glad to have stopped in to check it out back then! I hope to stay at least a couple of more years.

I’ve lived in a few different apartment complexes throughout my life, and this has by far been the best experience with the clean/ spacious layout of the apartment and wonderful amenities— like a 24 hour nice gym, etc. And the kind way they treat their tenants and their readiness to help with anything and everything has been quite refreshing! Sometimes I stop into the leasing office just to say hi to Courtney because she is so friendly and encouraging! Love it here!

I have had the most wonderful experience living here at Heartwood at Lockwood Glen. The neighborhood, community, amenities, everything is top notch. The whole leasing experience can sometimes be daunting, but Anna Laura made the experience nothing short of amazing! Her amazing hospitality and knowledge made the leasing experience seamless and enjoyable. The maintenance is also very quick to respond to any issues and he is always very sweet to my dogs! Overall, this place is an amazing choice if you’re looking for a wonderful home and leasing experience.

LOVE Heartwood at Lockwood Glen! I have lived at a handful of “Luxury “ apartments in the area and Heartwood far exceeds any standards set for apartment living. Starting with the office staff who go above and beyond with any assistance needed in the application and move in process to the property that is well maintained and beautiful landscaping plus being built in a neighborhood makes it feel like a home rather than a concrete building in the middle of a parking lot. It’s a newer property so the appliances, Fixtures etc are up to date. The maintenance team are great as well. I put in a work order and they were there same day to take care of it.
