Haven at Bellaire Apartments

I recently toured this property and I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience. I had to come to the reviews IMMEDIATELY to share my experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was beyond amazing — so informative, helpful, supportive, and genuinely kind. The entire environment was very clean, beautifully maintained, and had such a peaceful, quiet atmosphere, which is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Allison gave me my tour, and she was incredibly sweet, professional and kept a smile on her face. She answered every question thoroughly, made me feel comfortable, and never rushed me. Been living at the Haven at Bellaire going on 2 months and I can't stress how happy I've been! The entire office staff or always so friendly and eager to help. I love the fact how the manager goes out of her way to speak to me whenever I'm in the office. The maintenance staff are always smiling and waiving when they see you outside. I just LOVE my apt! VERY spacious and worth every penny I pay. If things keep going this way , I will without a doubt be renewing my lease when it expires. Highly recommend Havem at Bellaire!

I recently completed my move-in process, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding experience I had with the office team. The office manager Elsa and staff Allison were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the beginning, they were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful, making what can normally be a stressful experience feel smooth and well organized. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept communication clear, and made sure every detail was handled with care. Their positive attitudes and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I would also like to acknowledge the rest of the office staff, who were just as welcoming and supportive. I lived here for three years, and while I try to be understanding, the management at this complex has made the experience unbearable. I would highly recommend potential residents look elsewhere. The Main Issues: -Security & Safety: Packages are frequently left on the mailroom floor or even out on the lawn despite available lockers (see pictures). More concerningly, police were called multiple times to the unit across from mine, and I frequently encountered a woman sleeping in the hallway. I did not feel safe here. -Non-existent Management: The leasing office never answers the phone or the internal messaging system. I reached out 5 times about noise complaints and only got one response. You have to physically walk into the office to get anyone to acknowledge you. -Parking & Maintenance:
