The property is new and looks nice, but the experience hasn’t fully matched how it’s advertised as a “luxury” community. For the price, there are several amenities and features that are surprisingly missing. There is no valet trash service, which is fairly standard at most complexes nowadays. One of my biggest concerns is security. Doorbell cameras aren’t allowed, and they also don’t have any cameras near the coordiors which they say is to protect residents privacy. I understand valuing privacy, but it feels like residents safety should matter just as much. Without those options, it’s hard to feel protected if something were to happen. Hanover Lakemont has truly exceeded my expectations. The apartments are stylish and comfortable, and the community feels welcoming and secure. Lauren was fantastic throughout the leasing process-always available to answer questions and offer support. I love the convenient location and all the amenities. I'm very happy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I am a real person everyone lol… Ok, I had a great deal of life transitions going on when pursuing this property as a new home. A lot. Through it all Oliver S. was so pleasant, patient, and accommodating. From touring, to application, and follow-up communication, he exhibited such professionalism and understanding. On his off day, I happened to drag Lauren into my unique pursuit and she was willing to do all that she could to make sure my residency occurred. The office manager even stepped in to help. I've had a great experience living in these apartments. The building is brand new, clean and well-kept, my unit is very spacious and modern, and the amenities are amazing! The staff is friendly and quick to help with any issues. I noticed some comments saying Ring doorbells aren't allowed, but I have one installed and haven't had any problems or complaints. I was confused on why there were comments on them. But overall this is the best property hands down!
