Grove at Temple Terrace

We are living here about 2 months, it's a quiet place to live with kids. Publix, bank, school is near us. The stuff is helpful. We enjoyed with a pool and tennis court.

on May 29, 2025. I paid a $75 application fee and was informed by Yocelin Fernandez that I would receive an update within 24–48 hours regarding my background check. Despite multiple follow-ups, including a conversation with Cynthia on October 28, 2025 (4:00–4:15 PM), I have not received any written notice of approval, denial, or processing. This lack of action represents a failure to provide services paid for, and has caused financial harm for my family a place to live. I would not recommend

DO NOT MOVE HERE! These pictures are what you can expect from a "move-in ready" apartment at the Grove at Temple Terrace. Before moving in, the staff was inconsistent when giving us information regarding the apartment. We were told we could move in any time after 10:30 am, but the cleaners were still there when arriving to move in in the afternoon. There is a lack of internal communication. When I get to speak with someone who works at the office, it's rare, considering when I call, I am transferred to a third-party number, and it takes them days to return phone calls and answer questions that could be a simple email. The staff often gave different answers when we asked about our apartment and moving in. After the cleaners left, the fridge was still dirty leftover from the past residents

Everything works good in the apartment nice people and pretty quiet for the most part and the maintenance crew do a great job of completing work orders

Love it here lot's of stores near. Maintenance is nice guys who work hard. I like the onsite laundry room & gym nice community
