Doral Oaks Apartments

I lived here in 2016 and I can see nothing has changed. When we moved out the apartment management at the time said that since we left items in the apartment, or something along those lines, that we had a balance. This is laughable due to the many BATS that entered our apartment. This place needs to be demolished; it’s filthy. No matter how clean you keep the inside of your home, the environment is atrocious.

If I could rate it lower I would. First of all I was a tenant for 2.5 years and under Franklin Street I had no problems at all than this new management company stepped in and brought the rudest most incompetent manager I have ever encountered. I had to call code enforcement because they refused to fix my collapsed roof with mold and mushrooms growing out of it. I rushed my son to the hospital 6 times due to the mold!!!!When the new manager came around she went and told other residents I hadn’t paid rent in 3 years!!! I wasn’t in the apartment 3 years and I stopped paying rent to them because the management company refused to fix anything in my apartment. My microwave caught on fire and it took them 2 months to come and get the burnt microwave out of my apartment. They have over a 70 empty

My experience with Doral Oaks was nothing short of awful. The property manager APRIL was consistently rude, dismissive, and showed zero regard for respectful communication. Any time I had a legitimate concern or request, I was met with hostility or sarcasm instead of support. It’s one thing to manage a property it's another to treat tenants with basic decency. and lets not get on how she treats her staff April seem to go out of her way to be difficult, unapproachable, and downright nasty.I do not recommend renting under this management unless you’re prepared to deal with unnecessary stress and blatant disrespect.

Let me be absolutely clear. I’ve lived at Doral Oaks for nearly six years, and while maintenance and management have never been perfect, this new management team is an absolute disaster. April is the worst of them all — consistently rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful not just to residents, but even to her own colleagues. This is completely unacceptable. We NEED Franklin Street back. It wasn’t great, but compared to what we’re dealing with now, it was far more tolerable. The way changes are being forced on residents without warning or consideration is completely outrageous. I’m not against change — but what’s happening now is disorganized, inconsiderate, and flat-out wrong. April, your leadership is a problem, and it needs to be addressed. I am usually not the one to write a review, but this is long overdue. I have been a resident here for coming up on four years and I have not been as disappointed and dissatisfied with Doral Oaks as I have been since we have been up under this new management of Incore Residential. First off, the management team is horrible, rude, and they pick and choose who they make a priority. Not only that, it's like pulling teeth to get anything permanently fixed, constant roof leaks, AC overworking because you guys refuse to replace them, water leaks causing floods into other units, a temporary fix is enough for them just to get us to shut up for the moment.
