Fox Trace

We have lived in Fox Trace Apartments for over 10 years - since 2014. We love the location. It is very close to doctors, shopping, thruway, the city of Buffalo and other areas we frequent. However, we are very disappointed with the management and upkeep of apartments. Our walls are cracking and haven't been painted in quite a while. Not even before we moved into this apartment (which is the second apartment we have with Young Development). The carpet needs to be replaced. We had it professional clean ourselves but was NOT cleaned prior to our moving into this apartment. We could see furniture markings/indents from the previous tenants for months and months. The kitchen floor should be replaced due to having scratch marks, gouges, and curling up around the cupboards and baseboards. The fan
