Forty15 Apartments

First I want to say I was very skeptical of the apartments and the grounds. Not a place I would take a second look at, but the staff is amazing! They actually answer the phone when you call and maintenance comes when you have an issue quickly. Once approved the process was easy and Jocelyn and Brittany are amazing! I had a hiccup at the 1st apartment I originally moved in and within that day I was placed in another apartment suited to my comfort. Any issue I've had has been addressed and dealt with speedily and with care. This staff really cares!

Would not move here at all let alone apply if you are looking to move here. They took app and admins fees but mysteriously couldn’t locate my application nor payment, I had to send them screenshots of my receipts they sent at the time of application when I called to check on it. They never followed up themselves. They then proceed to say I was denied the same night I applied when requesting fees back because Brittany in leasing told me our application never came through. However, how can you have a denial at night time way past business hours after receiving “contact leasing for next steps” and after leasing admitted that they couldn’t see my application and hadn’t seen it. Guarantee these apartments will be the next under investigation.

Been here since April and the dishwasher still has standing water in it and it hasn’t worked. Maintenance came out 3x and asked was anything wrong and checked and never came back. A/C hasn’t worked at 100% all summer and now fall and it’s still burning up upstairs. We had to buy portable ac and like 3 fans. The amount of spiders are CRAZY. I think it’s all the trees and bushes. The only decent thing is the price of rent in these days and times and the space is decent. It’s truly a downgrade for me. But I had to make a sacrifice to save $. There are tooooo many accidents for me and a visitor of a resident even hit me in the back and ran. AT A RED LIGHT LEAVING THE APTS. They ran the light and drove off. I’m so ready to leave. I wish we only signed a 6 month lease. I hope they make changes

Been living here for the last 6 years and I can honestly say that they have been here for me and my family would definitely refer them to any one thanks for the effort!! Keith Morsee
