First I'd like to thank God, for leading me to a place I can be grateful to call home. First impression, are very important. I must say, I was very impressed when I met Christian his people skills his patience and knowledgeable about what he's doing. Christian introduce me to the property manager Ivan it was very wonderful meeting and working with Mr. Ivan is very professional definitely shared a lot of important information that was very helpful. I met a few of the maintenance staff very assuring with my maintenance needs. Ms. Tiffany was very helpful as well. Overall the staff as a team definitely seals the deal.

While my experience has been largely positive, there are a few minor areas where improvements could be made, particularly with occasional upkeep and response times. However, these issues have been relatively small and have not significantly affected the overall quality of living. Overall, this is a solid and comfortable place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed community with a good location. ⭐

As a tenant here, I can honestly say that Ivan, our property manager, makes this place feel like home. He’s incredibly attentive, always ensuring that maintenance requests are handled quickly and that the property stays in excellent condition. The common areas are spotless, the grounds are well-kept, and you can tell he takes pride in every detail. What stands out most is his genuine care for the residents—he listens, follows through, and creates a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued. Thanks to Ivan’s dedication and professionalism, living here has been a truly stress-free and enjoyable experience.

There are some good aspects to this neighborhood. Our current manager is by far the most reliable manager we have ever had since I moved to this neighborhood in 2018. He really came through for me over the summer when my a/c went out and made sure I was compensated for the time I was without it. He did the same for my friend when they had a major plumbing issue. Unfortunately I have not been able to take a comfortable shower in months and it seems like it is no one’s priority. I have been submitting work orders for my malfunctioning hot water heater since 2023 and it has yet to be repaired or replaced, despite being told by Creative that I would be receiving a new one in November 2024. I know there are people in this neighborhood with worse issues, but after paying this complex over $100,0

We were an hour early for our appointment and the staff was able to accommodate us easily! Tiffany was absolutely amazing. She was energetic and informative and also had us ride in her “luxury car” around the property. Great time!
