Fairfield Village at Coram

I've lived at Fairfield village at Coram since February 2019 and its been a dream. Dawn over at the Leasing office made everything so easy and stress-free . Stacy over at Maintenance is so easy to work with and is extremely prompt with getting things fixed the second any issues are reported. I am very happy at this Fairfield and I'm very thankful for the team of people who work together to insure that tenants are happy and well cared for. If you needed a sign to move here, consider this it.

I absolutely love my apartment! It is so beautiful and roomy and my neighbors are so nice. Dawn who works in the office is so knowledgeable and amazing! I highly recommend this development

I’ve lived at Fairfield Village at Coram for 3 years and my experience was great. I can’t say enough about Dawn who is one of the most down to earth and professional people I’ve ever dealt with. Over the 3 years she answered all of my question/concerns and made my first time renting a place for myself truly stress free. Definitely recommend the services that Dawn and the rest of Fairfield at Coram provide!

Do not rent from here!! It is a cheaply updated apartment. The paint comes off the walls if you touch them. It is not luxury. We have had mice issues, water leaks, garbage all over. They do not properly clean any damage from the water leaks. They put up fans and leave the carpet dirty and moldy. It is not worth the money. Stay away. Rent from anyone but Fairfield.

My experience been very good I live in Fairfield at Coram from 3 years just transferred to a 2 bedroom. Dawn Martinez help me the first time and this time she did wonders again very helpful and beyond her job description. My cdc worker didn’t do her job but dawn kept pushing calling email and kept on contacting every step of the way. So I’m very thankful for her or my move wouldn’t got done thank you dawn always.
