I had my tour with Danielle and I had the best experience out of any tour I've ever taken. She was not only extremely friendly, honest, and accommodating it was a very no-pressure experience. The unit was gorgeous. Rarely do you find an apartment with a French door refrigerator with a built-in water dispenser. Both air conditioning units are brand new (so no mold or any other issues), all brand new appliances with a built-in air fryer in the microwave! The flooring was incredible and it is a very spacious unit. I was astonished that the online pictures matched the unit identically. Even the residents were super friendly. The fact that they use a card system for laundry machines over coins is a bonus. Not to mention an ultra-reasonable price. We finished out the lease signing with Dawn and

I've only moved in about 2wks ago I literally haven't been at my apartment. I've only viewed it AFTER putting in the paperwork, so make sure to view BEFORE submitting paperwork! I felt like I was in a rush to jump in & to be out of a shelter I was in for a little over a month thanks to Dawn whom I had the honor of meeting. She is a very friendly, funny, delightful lady. Her hard work, dedication to helping you with what you want & have the ability to get the job done & I mean fast as u want it! She literally got me in my apartment about a week or less. She knows her way around, whom to talk to she assisted me with so much so fast and quick and was on it more than I was 😂 next thing I know it was "How fast can you get here girl I need you come in here to sign your lease" upon waiting for D

I had a great experience with Dawn she helped me get my paper work done for the leasing process she was very patient with me, down to earth, very sweet and helpful. I had about 3 weeks before moving in on December 1st right before the hoildays thanks to Dawn/fairfield they made it happen. Danielle took her time out on a saturday to show me the unit with my 5 year old. We loved everything about the apartment! On my move in date when I picked up my keys Danielle went over everything with me. My son and I are very happy here!
