I’m so thankful for ERA 🥰 I only had two issues with this beautiful 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment in Tyndall pointe! We just moved in yesterday afternoon. One service agent is almost here already and the other will be coming in the morning! Fast. Attentive. Caring. 🥰 they have listened to all my concerns. Pleased me beyond belief and started with ZERO lies. Which is something we’ve dealt with in the past! Their use of the app ‘app folio’ has been so smooth and so nice. The work order feature is so convenient! Paying rent is a breeze and the approval process was QUICK! Renters insurance was easy because they use lemonade to confirm you have no parts and then lemonade offers you renters insurance which is $20 and wow! Everything was so quick and I’m so excited to live here for a long time! Th

Very very disappointed with them after our 2 year tenants left! Things were not fixed! And left with us as if they had been. I guess they figured we are in California they could get away with it!!! Not to mention our yard was left disgusting...thought we hired them for lawn care too!!!! Neighbor told us sprinklers haven't run for a year???? What the heck?????

ERA Neubauer Real Estate is the best property management I have dealt with. I have hired several property managements before I selected ERA to manage my property in Panama City Florida. I have been with them for more than 10 years. They care about the property, very well organized, and very professional. I really thank them for their exceptional service

They are helpful and consistent, They are helping me even through 5 months ahead to locate me the type house I'm needing by then .

They require me to make 3x rent ($1,600) I make 80% of the 3x without a job (currently job searching).Would not work with me. Whoever the landlord is wants absolutely nothing to do with tenants.Absolutely garbage! Found a way better place with no bs wish I could give zero stars.
